Overview

This condition is lifelong. It is where your joints are swollen and stiff. This causes pain to the individual. The joints that are normally affected are in the hands, feet and wrists. Over the course of this condition there will be periods that are worse than others these are known as flares.

The number of flares can be reduced by treatment. Also, the damage caused by the flares to the joints could also be minimised.
