Dementia – The Phenomenon of Mixed Dementia 

As I have just highlighted, both Alzheimer’s disease and vascular dementia are common diseases. These two diseases can present a person if they are elderly. The in this presentation series that could be described as the combination of different symptoms. When a patient has both Alzheimer’s disease and vascular dementia describe as mixed dementia because the combination of symptoms falls under the criteria of having dementia.

Different patients with dementia present different symptoms because of the wearing effect of Alzheimer’s and vascular dementia in that patient.
