Atrial Fibrillation-Time to take action

Time to take action.

It is important to visit your GP if you experience two key things. The first is if you notice a sudden change in heart beat

The second is that your heart rate is lower than 60 or above 100 on a consistent basis, especially if you experience the symptoms associated with a possible atrial fibrillation. As a reminder these are dizziness, shortness of breath and tiredness.
